AFV’s Statement on Congress’ Vote to Hold Dr. Fauci in Contempt.

American Families for Vaccines stands with Dr. Anthony Fauci and the physicians, scientists, researchers, and public health professionals who have devoted their careers to protecting the health of the American people.

The politicization of science and medicine is beneath our public institutions. Efforts to turn accomplished public servants into partisan targets do nothing to improve the nation’s health and only further erode trust in the expertise on which patients, families, and communities depend.

Dr. Fauci’s decades of service deserve respect, as do the careers of the countless healthcare, research, and public health professionals who have dedicated themselves to saving lives and advancing scientific knowledge. We are grateful for their work, and we reject attempts to diminish it for political theater.
